its false that hair grows back thicker. its will grow back the same. but if she likes the way it looks shaved off then do it. you can also put peroxide on it, and the sun will bleach it out. bit if you have dark skin sometimes that makes its look like you have white hair above your lip.

The reason why hair appears thicker when it grows back on the legs is that shaving creates a blunt end on the hair, so when it grows back in it is prickly and appears thicker even though it is.

When you have it waxed, the whole hair is pulled out and grows back in again and it won't be blunt, so no, it is not going to grow in thicker. It'll grow in thin just like before.

You would probably be surprised if you knew how many women have problems with facial hair!

Wax or shave, it's about the same. You really should remove the hair all at once, and then touch it up by plucking them as they grow back, with tweezers. (if you try to tweeze them all out on your first removal it will just be agony) Just use a noxzema small shaver which was made for the eyebrows or other facial area.

You'll feel better once the hair is gone.
The ultimate would be electrolysis or laser hair removal. Then it will be gone forever.

waxing damages hair folicles making the hair grow less often and thiner than you had it before. Shaving is the opposite the hair grows back very quickly and it makes the hair coarse.

Well you know how the hair grows back thicker on your legs? So does the hair on your upper lip. And for the thumbs down, my grandmother did this and hers got thick, so you do not know what you are talking about. It takes years for the hair folicle to become damaged enough not to grow back. Look at your eyebrows. That is the same thing.
