I downloaded the new Yahoo! messenger and I am confused about this Windows Live Messenger. I have no clue what it is and how to use it. And, I have been told that we won't be able to play Halo 3 on Xbox and that it's only going to be made for XBox 360. Is XBox 360 worth it? Is XBox 360 a good product?

Xbox 360 is a great product. It supports HD for all of its games. Halo 3 will be for the 360 only because the original Xbox doesn't have the power or ability to play what the game will have to offer. It needs the 360 powerhouse engine.
Blue ray technology is overrated. It's expensive to make and impossible to copy. HD looks just as good as Blue Ray, there is no difference. But HD is easy to produce and less expensive. PS3 made a poor choice to use Blue Ray technology.
The biggest thing to mention is Xbox Live. Playstation pales in comparison to what Xbox has to offer for on-line gaming. The on-line gaming market will forever belong to Xbox, Playstation will never catch up.
The games Xbox offers are also much better then Playstation. Halo, Gears of War, Oblivion, F.E.A.R., and a multitude of others. Playstation games are often weird Japanese anime games.
The PS3 is a good system, but not as good as Xbox because of the offered games, and the sheer sucess that is the Xbox Live on-line gaming community.
Get the 360 and you will be very happy.

personally i think microsoft are being a bunch of bastards. they are forcing everyone to buy the 360 by not producing regular Xbox's anymore, or any games for the regular Xbox. there are four games left to come out on the regular xbox, and thats it. they are trying you to force a 360 which is honestly not that good of a product, if i were you i would stop giving money to microsoft and go for a PS3 if you can. disagree?
look at the facts.
PS3 has full HD support. neither the Wii or the 360 have anything close to that.
PS3 has blu-ray compatibility. The Wii has nothing of the sort. and the 360 requires you spend $200 to play HD DVDs which arent even as good as blu-ray discs.
Ps3 can store up to 60GB of music movies and games. 360 can store 20GB and Wii can store jack ****.
Ps3 had games like resistance, Lair, Full auto 2, Motorstorm. the only good game of the 360 is halo 3, which wont be here until next november.
PS3 has the option of HDMI, AV, Coaxial, or component output, the 360 gives you one cable that will use either A/V or Component, and they have the nerve to call the component output HD. wii makes you use AV.
The Blu-ray discs used for PS3 games make the games enormous, and worth much more time. i beat gears of war on the 360 in 9 hours. i have been playing resistance for 12 hours and i am about one quarter the way through. the Wii isn't even worth mentioning here, all their games are aimed at children and can be finished with within 4 hours.
there is really no question as to which is better. the only reason you may hear negative things about the PS3 is because people have decided to jump on some PS3 hating bandwagon. they are the same ignorant dipshits that barge into best buy to buy an iPod without considering other players by creative.

Well the new windows live messenger is similar to MSN messenger. XBox 360 is really cool!!! my uncle has it and my bro is soooo addicted to it. if you are going to use it a lot... you could buy it...
