Yes. I am French Canadian and American Indian as well. That is multi-racial for sure. But really alot of society is multi-racial. Wish you luck....maybe we look alike...LOL j/k

Since you didn't specify, I'm going to assume you mean white French and white Ukrainian. Native Americans are biologically Caucasian as well, but so are people native to the Middle East.
I'd say you are biracial, though, and multi-cultural. Are you asking because people look at you and assume you're "just white" because your skin's not dark? If so, you're not alone.
I'm a mix of Northern French (Euro White), Southern French (Turkish/Spanish/White), and Native American (Houma, Creek, and Coushatta), but I stay out of the sun, and am therefore pretty pale. When I do tan, though, its obvious to anyone that I'm not "white". My skin turns a reddish golden-brown, and I often get mistaken for Brazilian or Spanish. I guess the green eyes keep people from guessing Amerindian.
