I'm willing to believe that people who have money will spend it on things they want and can afford. There's no way in hell that most people would pay that much for a system; however, it's certainly possible that there are a few that would.
At the time I'm posting this answer, the bid is up to $21 million. It started at $250,000 (I think - someone commented on that price, so it *was* much lower).
My own personal opinion on this can be summed up in three simple letters, though...

seems to me like it is a difficulty with the skill or circuit board.. The pink regularly ability that it is turning off and yellow regularly ability standby. So if their flashing something could be incorrect with the psthat for some reason it is not maintaining directly to the skill it is receiving. Or it may be the circuit board that basically isn't functioning. after all you may circulate get it appeared at in case you have the guarantee or coverage.

I highly doubt it. I'm sure that if you bookmark it, you'll find it reversed. There are certianly idiots in the world, but I doubt there is anyone idiotic enough to pay 10 Million for a PS3.
