it's totally normal. you are also very aware of what's going on with your body which is a totally good thing to be. it is your muscles stretching, and it will happen for the rest of the pregnancy. try putting a pillow in between your legs or sleeping up against a body pillow that way you won't sleep on your tummy as much. and no matter what they say, cocoa butter will not prevent stretch marks, people either are or aren't prone to getting them. although putting it on feels good after a nice warm shower lol.. good luck!

Your just getting started with your miracle. Yes your are stretching to accommodate the growth. I would like to get you thinking about saving to look of your skin. It will have to stretch a lot and sometime the skin stretches so much that it splits. Most people call this stretch marks. In general, it is caused by lack of elasticity of the skin. To help this try apply Vitamin E directly to the whole stomach area, your breast, and also to your butt and upper thighs. Please, also keep up the water intake. Normally, we all need 8x8 ounce glasses a day. Now, this is a minimum for non-pregnant peops, so drink more. Plus, get a good prenatal vitamin and TAKE IT!!! It will do no good at all in the bottle. Take it with food, I know you do not want to feel or be nauseous. God bless you and your baby with HEALTH!!!!!

Yes. I know exactly what you are talking about. I have had three babies and had it with the first two. Sometimes it felt almost like cramping. At 14 weeks you are right on the brink of feeling fantastic if you do not already! Your morning sickness goes away and you actually start to look pregnant, not just like your clothes are getting too tight. Hope you have a great pregnancy!
