You know, what you need to do is really do some homework. Get her something that will make her feel that you really thought about her long and hard before shopping. Something that she will use, wear or display, in line with an interest. Show her that you know what's important to her, and man, you're in!
If you want to get her something that will make her feel sexy also, as a small gift along with the main gift, she'll be really happy. No-one likes sexy stuff as a main gift. It's really for you, and we know it. At the same time, gift giving is an opportunity to show what you like too. Only drawback is her taste might be differenct, sizes...Clothes... are best bought together.

I would get to a nice hotel in your area ,ask if they got a SPA, what are the treatments they offer;
like massages, facials or how much it cost ,to spend a day in
the SPA.
So, get a gift certificate...!

it all depends on what you think she likes, if shes into music, buy her and ipod or mp3 player, if shes into handbags you can get her something like a wallet or wristlet, if she likes getting her nails done or things like that you can get her a gift certificate for like a manicure and a massage, get the idea? no matter what you do, DO NOT get a giftcard, it seems effortless
