Only in monopoly money. However, in some parts of the world where inflation is rife, there are the local equivalents to million dollar bills, and people pack wads of money around when they try to purchase anything.

I never heard such a thing. I think it just goes like this.
$1, $2, $5, $10, $20, and $100. I did not do any reasearch, so please don't take my answer as a def. answer. I have never heard of a bill being bigger then $100.

No. The largest denomination in US currency was less than that. The largest bills in recent circulation were $1000, but those have been withdrawn and $100 is now as big as you can get.
