If someone blocks you, they won't show up on your buddy list at all.

It will appear simply as if they never log into AIM -- they won't appear on your buddy list at all. (Although their name will stay in the configuration screen, where you add and remove users from your Buddy List.)

when you are blocked by someone, they appear off line to you. so you never know when they are on or not, unless you are sneaky and have a friend use thier screen name to see if that person is on.

It will either say they are offline, or you will see any way message.
