My home made dressing, mushrooms florentine, zuchini stuffed with bacon, cheese & spinach. I hope you carry on the tradition of your mom's dressing. It sounds like a tradition you don't want to loose.

The only think I like about thanksgiving is the pumpkin pie. And ham, I don't really care for turkey.

My favorite is my home made Pizza-lasagna. Instead of tomato sauce or paste, I use pizza sauce. Instead of manacotti cheese (GROSS) I use 3 or 4 different shredded cheeses. Add layers of sliced pepperoni, crumbled bacon, sliced Canadian ham, crumbled sausage, and a thick layer of cheese on top with chunks of sweet italian sausage.....(and lasagna noodles in the layers of course, with my own blend of seasonings).....
