Congratulations Neville Chamberlain made that quote concerning Nazi aggression on the continent

This lead to German annexation of Austria and the Sudetenland. Later it lead to none action on Germany's invasion of Czechoslovakia. Later still the invasion of Poland and the start of WW II

More commonly known as Neville.
