Most doctors offices will not do a gender determination until 20 weeks. There are places that do 4D ultra sounds and will tell you the gender at 16 weeks.
I went and had the 4D done at 16 weeks and found out I was having a girl. Then when my doctor did my 20 week U/S he also said it was a girl so they were right.

It is possible to find out the sex at 16 weeks but most doctors will recommend around 20 weeks, that is when I had mine.

Nope but I'm going tomorrow. I'll be almost 19 weeks. Most do U/S between 18-22 weeks so they can also check the spine and for other birth defects too.
