With your hormones running amuck it's not an unusual occurance in pregnant women. I went through it for the better part of my pregnancy. Stick with Tylenol and a temple massage, and maybe even try a trip to the chyropractor, not only is it safe, but it's really effective and will help you with any other aches and pains you may have :) good luck!

There is a condition caused "pregnancy induced headaches" but it is not very common. Common causes of headaches during pregnancy are various degrees of dehydration, inadequate protein, and hypoglycemia.
Try increasing fluids, specifically water. Drink at least 8 oz glasses of water per day minimum. Not juice, not coke, WATER. Eliminate any caffine in your diet. Then make sure you are getting enough high protein foods spread out throughout the day. Chicken, meats, dairy products, eggs - these are all good.
Eat frequently, small amounts every 2 - 3 hours. Yogurt is an excellent between meal snack. Another idea is cheese or peanut butter and crackers. This should help if hypoglycemia is the problem.
Good luck,

I had headaches quite a bit during the first half of my pregnancy. I noticed that I would get one right about a half hour or so afer I would take my vitamin. They went away all together at about 5 months.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
