I usually think death is the easy out of a punishment... i mean he should spend time in jail in the US where no one can touch him.....
but if hes staying in iraq in jail..... That govermnet is kinda unstable.. and anything were to happen to it, like it be overthrown they might just let sadaam loose and be their leader again.....so if he can't serve his term in the US, then yes i think his death is the best for everyone.

He is probably getting what he deserves.
However, his execution, I think will make an unstable region even more volatile.
Saddam killed many of his own people, who were considered infidels, so to speak. Saddam didn't consider Kurds as his people, and they suffered greatly under Hussein's rule.

What did he do to deserve this? Are you kidding me? Its called mass murder of his own people. And as far as Im concerned hanging is to nice an execution for him.

The hundreds of thousands of his own people he had killed, he gased one of his own cities, he had rape rooms where he brought women who did not follow his law, he had acid rooms that dripped acid on disidents, and that is the short list. By the way, it was an Iraqi court that sentenced him.

the whole mass murder of innocents might be a reason. old people to frail to have a chnce of getting away, infants murdered because they were born to the wrong family... duh.
