Lipo sucks out the fat, while the tummy tuck will remove some skin too. So -- the appropriate surgery would depend on how much skin would be left after the fat is removed. Elastic skin will usually bounce back if there isn't "too much" fat removed. Your plastic surgeon will help you choose what is more appropriate at your consultation visit. The consultations are usually free. Go prepared with ALL of your questions.

I heard that there is a new laser liposuction on the market that is supposed to be PERMANENT! I will look into this when I am older.Go on some plastic surgery consults, talk to other women who have had these done. ALSO, check your Dr.'s state medical review board to see if they have any complaints against them.

Eat & exercise better. You'll have to anyway to keep the weight from coming back so you might as well let it do the job of getting rid of it in the first place. You'll avoid scars that way too.

I would like to know why you want either of these invasive treatments,
I have to say 'Love yourself for all you are'. Anyone worthy of your friendship, Would love you just as you are :)
Both are invasive and should only done where it is medicaly needed , Not recommended as a cosmetic treatment.

look for lipo-"dissolve"
better and safer then both your choices.
