We've been TTC for 18 months now,I've just finished 3 month treatment of clomid,I didn't have any big side effects, but I could tell when I ovulated and even from which side because of slight cramping, I was only more thirsty than usual, but I can't tell whether it was clomids side effect. We are not pregnant yet, but my doctor told me I could get pregnant even 6 months after the treatment, so I still hope it will happen.I hope this helps you a little, good luck :-)

Clomid definitly causes more cramping, I am on my 3rd cycle of it (now on 100 mg) and I have never felt ovulating quite like I have this much...lots of discharge and cramping!!!

Mittelshmittz doesn't affect everyone. I used an opk and checked my temps. Good luck.
