NBC, CBS, ABC, and FOX all offer full-length episodes for free. ABC offers the 4 most recent for lost, grey's anatomy, ugly betty, etc. CBS offers all episodes from entire season for Jericho (a really good show- check it out), CSI (all of them), numbers, etc. NBC's selection is more sporadic. right now they offer a two week old episode of the office, a recent episode of 30 rock, no my name is earl episodes.
anyways, just wanted to let you know, cause i cant believe i didn't know until this week!

Err...I already knew that. At least, when it was about the ABC shows, since you know, they do advertise it at the end of the show - "Now you can view the full-length episode online, go to www.abc.com". I don't really watch anything from the other stations, so that was news to me, but not surprised at all.
Did you know that you can also watch clips and sometimes episodes (in parts) online at www.youtube.com too?? I'm older than you and I knew all this!

This is true, but you have to be in American to be able to take advantage of this.
People in the rest of the world (like me) cannot view episodes online.

yeah I watch the ABC shows online because you can not get it here on local TV the only problem is that it stalls... alot.
