No Never! not untill the world realizes that that whites are not the racist or responsible for all racism. Not untill are racism is prosecuted and treated the same instead of ignoring now-white racism and making ecuses not to charge non-whites while whites are the only people who get charged with discrimination and hate crimes.
So in a word ............NO!

Reduced possibly if it can be done in a mature manner. Eleminated I doubt it there is always going to be that person who won't change their mind set for anything.
