anybody can look up their own house online on googlemaps.com and get a picture of their house taken by the satelite within the past week, then why couldn't we use that same technology to pinpoint where these terrorists are in Iraq and just bomb those particular locations rather than having ground troops their and having American soldiers and innocant civilians killed?

first, the pictures taken by the satelite on google maps are not taken within a week, they are about 7 years old, taken 7 years ago.

And 2ndly, they Do have that in the military. But, terrorists like to hide in caves. But what good would it be anyways if there were no troops over there to engage them? Do you expect the suspected terrorists to surrender to the satelite image?

becides, the innocent civilans and american soldiers that are being killed aren't being killed looking for terrorists, they are being killed in iraq street fighting things

I think we did that in the 1st invasion of Iraq. This time though, we wanted to catch individuals, so we had to actually go in on foot because they move from place to place. It is hard to pinpoint something that can move, where a free standing building can't.
