How do I get one, I don’t think need to loose very much, I just need to gain muscle.

Tell me what I need to do:

I am 145, 5'8 measurements of 36C-28-38

PLEASE HELP

dont eat anything that's high in sodium. salt makes you retain water and it makes the bottom of your stomach look fatter. do crunches on a stability ball (yoga ball) that's right for your height. They will burn a lot more because you have to use more ab muscles just to balance yourself

lots of sit up and laughing alot helps to, believe me, lean your back against a wall and put you feet about a foot and a half or so in front then slide down the wall until you knees are bent into a 90 degre angle, hold , and release, or lay down on your stomach on the ground, lean on you elbows, put your feet in a push up position and lift your body up into 1 straight line and hold

Lots and Lots of sit ups and crunches. They work quickly.

Avoid eating rice and do weight training for that area.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND PILATES. I GET COMPLIMENTS ON MY SMALL WAIST ALL THE TIME AND I HAVE 2 KIDS!!
