i read good country people...i read it in high school so i don't quite recall it but i do remember that it was three women living in a rural town or a farm i think and a con man comes to visit them pretending to sell bibles. anyways, here's a link to a summary/analysis. hope it helps! i know how difficult those short stories can be.
