My bf has twice given me a gift certificate for a salon package...massage, fasial, pedicure, manicure, hair styling. It's nice but time consuming to have it all at once.

I also enjoy going out to a fancy restaurant for supper. Some women like jewellry (not me). One year my bf burned a special CD of my favorite songs for me. You could look at what she likes and give her something based on that.
