I have endometriosis and fibroids. I lost four babies, two with ectopic pregnancy, one chemical preg and one blighted ovum. The month I was scheduled to have an hystersalpingogram (hsg) test, I got pregnant and now I am in my second trimester with a healthy baby in-utero.
I would suggest you ask your doctor about an hsg test. Basically the procedure involves shooting dye up your cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes. They then take an xray to check for blockages. Blockages are a major contributing factor for infertility in endo patients. The great thing about this test is that often times, the act of shooting the dye up into the fallopian tubes will clear them out enough to allow the sperm to enter and fertilize an egg and then allow the egg passage back to the uterus.
My husband and I decided to try one last time before the test and we used pre-seed which is a sperm friendly lubricant. It was the first and only time we had ever used this product-and low and behold two weeks later I had a positive hpt. If you are interested, just google "preseed" and you should find it. It isn't expensive and I have heard other great stories about the stuff.
Good luck in trying to conceive...it is definitely possible and probable if you are patient.

You should be seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. They are fertility specialists and have many answers and options for you.
It is entirely possible for endo to cause infertility. It is also entirely possible for you to get pregnant with endo. My cousin was diagnosed with severe endo and was told she would never have children - she has two little boys. My sister had moderate endo and, while she had difficulty conceiving, also has two boys. :)
I would highly recommend you go see an RE. There are a lot of other tests that you should have run, many other things they can test. Something as simple (HA!) as having a hormone level a tiny bit off can cause you to have trouble getting pregnant. Take it from someone who's been trying almost 3 years - go find an RE.

I have endometriosis and i got pregnant twice. My son is 5 years old and the other pregnancy i miscarried last year. Yes you can get pregnant but the endo makes it a bit harder.
I had surgery done on myself for the endo and they lasered it out but it has returned. I was cut as far as a c-section with that operation.
It took me a year to get pregnant and i am not sure if it was the endo or that i had been on the depo shot for 3 years prior to that.
Try these things:
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating. It is a very helpful and free website to use.
Also for tips on conceiving go to http://www.justmommies.com
For info on endo go to http://www.endometriosis.com
Good luck

Yes, I had a friend who has a bicornuate uterus. Anything is possible and the human body is amazing. Get with a fertility specialist and go from there.

It all depends upon your case. I know women who have had successful pregnancies, and others who cannot conceive.
