Are you going to download Inuyasha songs? If so, click on the name of the song from the list that appeared. It will take you to the download page.
For example: If you click on "01 - change the world (tv)" you will be taken to its download page that has this line:
"To download 01_-_change_the_world_(tv).mp3, save this link" or "Your download: 01_-_change_the_world_(tv).mp3"
The links are in brown and the lines would be above the red warning line. Right click the link, choose "Save the target as" and voila! There you go...

Just browse through the lines and don't let them confuse you... :D

Click the gender you want like anime song, game song, MIDIs, etc. After that click the name of song you want. Then click that song. DON'T USE SAVE AS! After that there will be text "if you want to download this song, click here" Click at here words, your song will be downloaded...
