I saw the HD-DVD drive at the store, is that just for movies, or is that for games as well? Will it improve the graphics of the game?

MS is adamant that the HD-DVD add-on will NOT be used for games. It's only for HD-DVD movies and DVD movies.

i think its just of the new hd dvd movies, i dont think it will improve the games

You don't even need it for movies, you can still play dvd's in your 360 without it.
