This is real tricky. Do you have a ping pong table. Is so stretch the blanket out on the table if not...Try to hang it folded. You may want to try and stretch the blanket but you1ll need 2 ppl to pull (don`t pull to hard as you may tear the blanket) Good Luck on your blanket!

Hang it, while still damp, from a line - inside if possible - (garage?), then wash it again, cold water, and do the same from the other end, then each side. That will help somewhat. Good luck. I'll be interested to see what other answers are.

I know with some materials steam ironing can help but I'm not sure about wool. You may want to ask your local dry cleaner.

Try to rinse it in cold water and a softener.Don't let it spin to the end. You want it a little wet, Then have someone take one side and you take the other and stretch it out and let it air dry.

unwash it. I would hang it folded over outside and take a water hose to it. If you could clamp it with wood and pull it while it is drying it would help.
