if someone give me a company checks in 5000 amount and return insufficient charge how i can gat my money?

Go to the company and request the money again. If they won't then take them to court.

You can take them to court and file a police report. It's unlawful to issue a bad check.

Let the know their check bounced. If they refuse to pay for service you may want to go to small claims with them.
