It depends on how serious they were...If she was really into him, and is still hurting from the relationship, then obviously, No. But if they have moved on and have remained friends, and can look back at their relationship and laugh, then Yes. I was in that situation and my friend actually suggested that I get with her ex, because it was so obvious that we had chemistry. Sometimes girls fall so hard for guys that we become blind to others feelings though, so make SURE your friend is okay with it. But even if she isn't, if it's meant to be with the guy, it will be.

This one is a hard one to answer because it all depends on many factors:
- How old are you? Generally when we are younger, we are expirimenting... feelings are hurt more easily.
-How long was your best friend dating him? and how did it end?
Sometimes relationships dont work the first time around. I've had friends date the same person... I think it becomes obvious when the time is right to make a move. I think it's important to talk to your best friend about it and let her know what's up, and see how she feels about it. No guy is ever worth a friendship, but if you feel that there really could be something between you, i'd talk to your friend.. but make sure she's still not hurting from the break up. make sure that all of you can mutually be friends. If this can't happen, then i'd say hold those feelings in girl.... if it's meant to be, itll all work out! Good luck!

dont date ur best friends ex thats the worst way to end a friend ship even if she tells u that she doesnt care. ur friend and her ex broke up for a reason mabye thats a good reason for u to not date her ex. also if they broke up it would probably be weird 4 her being around him again.
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.

No its not okay..even if your friend say's its okay its not..they broke up for a reason i dont think your friend will want you to go through the same thing she went through. And also that could cause your friendship to die
