What percentage of employers are ungrateful arseholes that don't give a crap about their employees?

I don't know about percentages but it's got to be alot - they are self centered and only concerned about their personal bottom line and making themselves look good. Some are so unbelievably egotistical that you just can't understand how they could be in business at all - when nobody really likes them for very long - even their clients!

I hate to say it, but I suspect it is rather high. Probably around 90%. Of course that's a blind guess. At one time, employers and employees had a lot of loyalty to one another. Those days are surely gone.

Do you really expect peole who arent even related to you, to give a damnnnnnnnnn about you? I mean come on, be for real. This is a DOG eat DOG world my friend, and theres no job guarentee otherwise they would do INTERVIEWS and ask you BS questions like 'where do you see yourself in 5 years' or 'why should I hire you as opposed to someone else' its a complete joke. THey only hire people whom they think they can go drinking with on the weekends or people that they can work like dogs.

Get used to it. Cause one day you will be just like them.

My guess is 90%, most employers just look at their bottom line, and don't care at what expense it takes them to increase their profits.
