Dec First I have a court date for a paraphnalia charge and a small amounts charge. Prior to this in two sperate instances i got a paraphanalia and a small amounts charges.
Doe anyone or anyone experieced in this field know what i should expect? I am a minor and i live in minnesota, will they give me a UA at the court date?

They need to legalize the stuff. It's a lot less dangerous than alcohol!

I dont know what a "UA" is. I do know that you live in Minnesota and the punishments there are not that bad. Also you are a minor. You'll be fine. I live in Virginia, a commonwealth state. If I got caught with small amounts of Marijuana here, I would get locked up for a few months in jail. When I was a minor, I got probation for a year, community service and a month in jail for simple possesion. Hire a lawyer or ask for a court appointed lawyer if you don't have one. They will give you one. Your looking at minor punishment even if this is your 3rd offense

possibly, you will probably get rehab since you are a minor and its only weed, or possibly a few days in jail and a hefty fine. Stop smoking the stuff It will only fry your brain, thats all we need are more brainless people
