How do I use the internet on my PSP?

I want to be able to use the internet on my PSP aswell as my computer but I don't know how.

The use of internet requires a wireless router or connection. PSP uses a Wifi connection which allows users to connect to the internet wirelessly. You must obtain your SSID and WEP from your router. SSID is your router's indentification and WEP is a password so other people cant access your internet connection. These information can be found by accessing your router through gateways. Follow these instructions to set up an internet connection.
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Network Settings, press X
3. Select Infrastucture Mode then press X
4. Select [New Connection]
5. Push the right arrow key to continue (dont forget to turn on the network switch located on the left side of the joystick)
6. Push the right arrow to scan (If the a green light appears on the left side of the joystick, that means your Wifi is active)
7. Locate your SSID
8. Select the WLAN Security Setting
9. If you select one of the three WLAN Setting (besides none) hit X and type in your WEP key
10. Address Settings are set on Easy
11. Verify your info
12. Hit X to save settings
13. Press the "Home" button and go to Network
14. Select Internet Browser
15. Type in a website
16. Another screen will appear asking you what type of connection you should use
17. Select "Connection 1"
18. If all goes well, you have full access to the internet through your PSP

if you have a wireless router, just go to the main menu on the psp, and select web brouser. its gonna want to download an update so let it do that. the update is necessary. it keeps people from hacking the psp more than it already has been. you need a memory card to do this. but you defiantly need a wireless router. most stores sell them.
linksys is the way to go. about $50-60. maybe more/less. i dont remember. it allows oyu and others to access the internet with no affect on your computer. you also need high speed internet. you could even sell the internet to your neighbors if they are close enough. this is kinda illegal though i think. we do it anyway. saves us $20 on our internet monthly ;)
