grilled chicken Cesar salad, so good. actually you can eat just about anything you want as long as you don't eat too much and exercise. of all the food on your plate, don't eat a portion larger than your fist.

have a salad and some fruits for a desert... starving yourself won't help you lose weight... it'll reduce you energy and when you'll start eating little more than your diet allowed you, you'll gain weight back on... so, take it easy and eat healthy... eat protein, like fish... and aslo drink lots of water and most importantly exercise... good luck...

Something from Subway or if you have to pack your lunch, I'd go with a low fat sandwiche, using whole wheat lite bread and pack a banana and an apple, maybe a small bag of peanuts....or you could just go with a large salad...

Have a grilled Chicken breast...some steamed veggies...and a small house salad on the side...light vinager based dressing....
you can diet...eat well, feel satisfied...there is no reason to starve or deny yourself...

Eat both... you can have a low calorie/fat salad, and fruits don't always have that much to them either...both healthy for you! strawberries are my fav :)

a fruit salad! get a handfull of lettuce, slice some carrots, throw some grapes, apple and orange slices in it and top it with a few crumbles of low fat feta cheese!
