I actually get this as well. I get a lot of cramps that feel like menstrual cramps even though my period is not due. I Have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) that flares up at anytime. Not sure if this could be your problem. Just thought I'd share. Alot of the symptoms of IBS are cramping and bloating etc....big symptoms of PMS.

Ovulation causes cramps a week or so before your actual period. Fun to be a woman isn't it???

yeah, my cramps start about a week before my period as well. two weeks though? i dont know, maybe your cycle's just a little off this month.

you ovulat two weeks before your period, for me that is when i get the worst cramps. dont worry, its normal.

And you could just be ovulating.
