The chicken. God created animals as they are. He did not create a human egg and just leave it to be born into a human. Chicken eggs need to be nurtured. The chicken came first.

The true creationist says the chicken, because God creates each species to develop in its specific cycle. The stone from dust to jade; the tree from seed to fruit; the animal from parent to egg and child; the human being from corporeal dust to eternal spirit.

Suggesting that chickens came before eggs is akin to suggesting humans came before DNA. Only the blithely blind and the firmly uninformed would believe otherwise.

Scientifically, origins are looked at through primordial evolutions like small cell-like organisms growing forth into large sprout-like figures that interact with their environment. Remember though, this is only according to theory and this is only through the perspective of a primordial perspective looking at origin to the present.
