Each airline runs its own school. Figure is not so much, but weight is a consideration and you have to be thin, not so much curvy because it's so narrow between the seats. You have to look nice, but model-pretty is not such a big deal. You have to be able to make it through their school.

I don't think they are supposed to go by that but I bet they do. I do know in Canada you need to speak & understand English and French and are tested in your knowledge of geography.
