How old is your daughter? An appropriate age is 14 to wear make-up and why are you asking this question under newborn and baby because i seriously hope that your not expecting to put make-up on a newborn baby its called common sense

way after you learn to spell "wear" properly....the word you used was were (as in you "were" not smart when you wrote "were" instead of wear!)....anyway, natural's better...try to be comfortable in your own skin
