They are a Limited Liability Company so they are not required by the SEC to furnish financial reports to the public. The SEC only requires public companies (those that trade on a stock exchange) to release their financial reports, for the use of investors and potential investors.

Direct Holdings Worldwide, is also private and therefore doesn't have to release its earnings, but it has released that is has $500 million in Revenue.
