It's already been "legalized" in 5 cities in California. Oakland is one and just recently San Francisco voted to make it one of the lowest priorities for it's police and the courts. There will need to be another pro vote and then it will be mandated there. I believe it's just a matter of time before it's legal most everywhere.

Hard to believe some are so hardline about it being legal when alcohol is. When you think about the number of deaths associated with drinking alcohol it's absurd.

Yes, it should be. The money we save on enforcement we could spend on trying to curb the crystal meth problem, help deport illegals, or fight terrorism.

We should probably legalize low strength cocaine and poppy consumption too, and take over the trade from the cartels. With that income, we could probably pay for the war on Jihadist terror.
