widget's are add ons and dought they can track an ip address. you can find a program here to do this. http://www.majorgeeks.com

A yahoo widget is a program which operates on your computers desktop, there is a variety of types, as in games, system checks, clocks, calendars, etc. there are no widgets that can find someones IP address
