i am not that sure. All i kno is that punk is just less hard. Gothic is like "dead" i guess. I mean gothics dress all up in black. Punk is not as hard as gothic. i mean is gothic like heavy metal music? We'll i kno punk is just softer than gothic.

Punk has to do with attitude and Goth has to do with how you dress. Everyone knows that. If you are punk, you dress it and act it. LIKe me. My cousin is goth and she just wears black. Punk does not always wear black. We wear black with hot pink, neon green, spike our hair and put different colors in it, and we love rock. Any kind of rock!!!!!! And we are not afraid of nothing. We are not smart ellics though. Our motto is " If you don't like us...f*** It!"

goth is more of a label for how you dress. While punk is a label for what music you listen to
