I fully expect the Dems to pull our troops just as soon as they elect a dem pres. into the white house. It will be an unwise news because we will start fighting big terrorist disasters on US turf.

"Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

Oh, Tami...didn't you see the news the day after, and the day after that (when the Dems got the majority), the terrorists were delighted.

The party's already started. The beast will rise and be happy with the blood of the dying and wounded (see how many were killed TODAY). If we leave Iraq, the terrorists, or Iran &/or Libya will overrun it. They are chomping at the bit, so to speak.

But they don't understand our system of government. Just because the Dems control the congress and senate, they don't run the country. The founders of this country were smart, partly because of what they had experienced in the "old country." We have three separate branches of government.

GOD IS GOOD. That's all for now.

Do you know that most of the U.S.'s domestic terrorists, like Timothy McVeigh, are Republicans? And most of the international terrorists are religious fundamentalists... like a very large block of Bush supporters?

Whenever Faux News slants a story to make you believe that it has happened. They will probably get this memo to tell you what to believe sometime in January or February of 2007.

This is the kind of crap that makes me wonder what we're fighting overseas for. You are trying to divide this country and it is disgusting. We are all Americans. If you don't like hearing other views, move to Iran. Their system of government should appeal to your dim bulb of a mind.
