I had some songs for a school project due tomorrow, and I have them all on iTunes. I just realized I'm out of writable CD's. What can I do to get the songs to school? I might be able to get a blank CD there.

The simplest solution would be the to run to Wal-Mart or similar store & buy some blank CD-R/W's... which most likely won't work in your case.

An alternate deal would be to use a USB thumb drive to store the data, but it may not totally hold the data you have... as well as potential driver issues with other computers. These are more expensive than CD's, but they're a lot more reusable than CD's.

The "Last Ditch" idea would be to e-mail yourself all the songs (in MP3 or compatible format). All webmail services are including 1 GB of mail storage (Gmail with 2.5 GB's so far) & support for 10 MB's of attachments. The only issue with this is the time requirements (& your internet connection) to send & retrieve the attachments.

Once the e-mails are sent, you just go into school early to pick up the attachments & get the data onto the CD. This way you'll have remote access to the data.

Lots of grocery stores sell CDs now; likewise try any pharmacy/drugstore like Walgreen's or Long's drug that is open 24/7. Good luck!

go to woolies we close at 9pm tonight. either that or email them school or put them onto a usb drive. dont put them on an iPod because you won't be able to play them at school unless your school has itunes on their computers which i highly doubt

If you have a USB portable flash drive, I think you can put music on those. Good luck!
