boric acid really works. that's what is in roach pruff.

I would imagine that your neighbor's house has been infested for some time (and often it has little to do with cleanliness). If your house hasn't been infested already, it probably won't be. Regular exterminator visits are probably the best defense; the prior posting about using borax (or boric acid granules) is also very helpful.

Sophia : the best way to keep those roaches from infesting your
house is to take all trash out and dump it into garbage bins
sweep under those areas completely pick that mess up with
an dust pan then wipe down kitchen counter tops & cupboards
real good !

Try a few of these DIY remedies at this website. Are you in the same apartment building?? Get the landlord to phone an exterminator as it is his job when there is an infestation of cockroaches

Boric acid, it is very effective when used properly for killing cockroaches and most other insects. You can also get a house lizard, they are natural enemies and will eat them. More information at http://tinyurl.com/ofxkk

Put Boric acid all the way around your foundation of your house and any other sheds, garages. I did this and it really works great!

DO NOT LET HER OR ANYTHING FROM HER HOUSE COME INTO YOURS!!!!!! If her roaches are that bad,I would really think about reporting her. That's a health hazard .

sprinkle boric acid (powder) outside around your foundation of your house between your house and neighbors house.. Good Luck

if ya do make sure that U spray around all cracks and crevices as a preventive measure..
