A question about dreams?

Question

I have been having dreams almost every night and I usually always remember them. Is there a reason?

I usually forget my dreams but this has been happening since I got a cold, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

It's not the same dreams.

I thought the cold keeping me from sleeping deep explained it but I'm over the cold now and I'm still dreaming and remembering them clearly every night.

u know, u have dreams 'cause u'r not healthy. when u'r ill or u work too hard, u'll usually have dreams.
of course, ur every dream will never be the same. i read somewhere that ur dream is ur desire, ur wish, ur worry. if u think about sth so much, u will see it in ur dream.

Since you have a cold, you are not spending as much time in deep sleep. When you are in a lighter stage of sleep, you remember your dreams with greater detail.

we tend to remember dreams for a few minutes after we have them. if we wake up and remeber the dreams and keep going over them in our minds it tends to stick in our long term memory.
Its got nothing to do with the fact that u had a cold :)

Dreams are basically a combination of what we are thinking about just before we go to sleep.
