I have a guy friend and sometimes we fool around but lately I've been havin feelings like I really care about him and would do anything for him so am i gay because i feel this way?

You are gay if you have a yearning for romantic, erotic, sexual and emotional intimacy by those of the same sex as you.
I love my pet cat. But that doesn't mean I want sexual relations with it.
Straight guys 'fool' around with each other out of curiosity, boredom or just for fun. Doesn't make them gay. I care for my straight friends, but that doesn't mean I 'love' them sexually or yearn for a romantic connection with them.
I can't answer your question because I don't know you and I don't know your personal definition of your phrase "really care about him".

Since you fool around with him it means you are sexually attracted to him. Since you have feelings towards him, care about him, and would do anything for him it means that you are falling in love with him. If you think you could have the same feelings with a girl, it means you are bi. If you think you can only have these feelings with a guy, it means you are gay. The best thing in life is to have feelings for someone, care about someone, and want to do anything for someone. It seems like you are in love, and that can be the best feeling in the world.

If sometimes you fool around isn't it obvious your either gay or Bisexual? This is like asking, "I'm a guy who just had sex with another guy and enjoyed it, does this still mean I'm straight"? I swear I don't get how some people like you are so confused about their sexuality. Not trying to be a jerk, it's just seems it would be blatantly obvious in situations like yours.

Relax, go with the flow, stop making an issue or label of it. What will be will be...so what! We are all what we are. Those who either deny what they feel or go against the flow are in for a miserable life. IF you are a young man, it is very normal to play around and get caught up in it for awhile. If you are older, then you may well be gay..again, so what. good luck

It sounds liek you may be gay or bi. Something to ask yourself is do you fell attracted to any other males and are you still attracted to females. I am saying you may be gay or bi because you fool around with him, but a lot of times, feelings of adoration and love are confused with homosexuality. Do you feel love and sexual attraction towards him? And do you feel attraction toward other males? If it is just with him, you may not be.

Just dont be afraid! There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed about if youre gay! Just accept it or even yet BE PROUD! Do what I didnt do at first and be strong! Youll then be a hero for all gays and lesbians out there! You can do it. Love yourself for who you are, whether straight or gay.

this once happened to me..i am a lesbian and i used t fool around with my friend...and i realized i had feeling for her....from that time on i new i liked girls
