is bear share free to burn cd's?

i downloaded bear share and i tried it out, i was able to download songs into it for free but when it came to burning them into a cd it would charge me, and ive been told by a lot of people that they have it for free, they dont pay a penny. can anyone try to help me to see if i can burn cds without paying?

i tried and it prompted me to pay 7.95 a month (or something). so i haven't been back. also, the green cd logos are free downloads, and the yellow cd logos will cost ya (the logos are on the left side of your screen)
