There are actualy 50 countries that do not have extradition treaties with the United States, However finding a list of those 50 countries may be difficult. I am sure that the government doesnt want that information easily known and will make it as difficult as possible for anyone to obtain that information.

This web address http://www.uncjin.org/Laws/extradit/usa.pdf shows a list of all the countries that do have extradition treaties with the United States. If you compare it to a list of all the countries in the world you should be able to figure out which countries are not on the list with extradition treaties

the United States (US) lacks extradition treaties with over fifty nations, including the People's Republic of China, Namibia and North Korea. Many countries that do have extradition agreements with the US will only extradite if the US agrees not to impose a death penalty
