I bought Sea Foam for my posable carbon build up in my 95 Saffari Van, will that help my engine?

Engine rattles during start up and normall operations.

how many miles? i've never heard of what the second answerer said...i'd get a second opinion before you try that.

It WILL eliminate carbon build up. It may not eliminate your problem. You might have a sludged oil system. I would recommend draining the oil, changing the filter. Fill with deisel fuel, then start and idle for 3-5 minutes. Then drain and repeat without changing filter. Then, drain, replace filter, and fill with oil. Good luck.
