when i get on the internet the internet page keeps shaking up and down and i refresh the internet page and some times it stops but most of the time it dosent stop why is it doing tha and how do i stop it from shaking

I suspect your monitor. Try checking the connections first. If the problem is still there, use a spare one or borrow from somebody to confirm before you get a replacement. Good luck.

Try using the buttons on your monitor in order to find Demagnetize. Select this function . The screen goes off for a couple of seconds then back on. Its worth a try anyway.

Is your pc or screen next to many other electrical units? Sometimes interference from other appliances will do that to your monitor.

it might be the computer, not the internet. try calling a help line

have you tried to restart your computer? if that doesnt work, check the cables, they might be loose. then call your service if nothing happens
