To tell you the truth, Me? I work as a nurse 12 hours a day, I solely depend on my Alarm clock really, there's no way for me to wake up naturally. Without my alarm clock which I use my mobile phone alarm, I will be late to be exact surely. That's why my mobile phone is the most important thing that I carry with me always, anywhere, anytime. During my off days, I will surely wake up naturally, no hassle, no time pressure for me to get up. That's it.

Did tonight. Crashed out on the sofa after dinner. No one missed me cause they were busy watching the last instalment of Lord of The Rings. Woke up at 2.30 and all was quiet on the front. Now it's 4.10 and almost ready to go back to bed. So apart from moments like this ... not often

Everyday. your must set your mind to free and clear mode. Deep breathing and relaxing with light body massage and a hot drink ease your musscle. Picture in your mind a natural and happy sleep and wake up. This method helps me a lot plus I'm a mother who works in the day and breaks rest in the night to nurse my 5 month old baby. I still feel energetic and fresh the whole next day.

Rarely. Usually its the bloody house phone or mobile. Sometimes the neighbours slamming the house door or car door every Friday its the bin men clanging about outside!

Every day. I've always had the ability to tell myself what time to wake up before going to sleep and it usually works.
