No if there is a draft, the sons of the wealthy and well connected are assigned to the easy places or they volunteer for the national guard.

Who knows?? Draft is not synonymous with going to Iraq. IF the draft is re-instituted, all who are drafted will not go to Iraq. Let's hope the bill is soundly defeated so we do not have to worry ourselves about Jeb Bush's son or anyone else's.
